Vidrio para envases y uso dom\u00e9stico<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Los productos de vidrio para uso dom\u00e9stico y envasado incluyen botellas y frascos, vajilla, material de laboratorio y vidrio farmac\u00e9utico. Se utilizan en las industrias alimentaria, de bebidas, de alcohol y m\u00e9dica. La arena de cuarzo constituye una gran proporci\u00f3n de la mezcla de materiales en este segmento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dado que la temperatura de fusi\u00f3n de la arena de cuarzo ronda los 1730 \u00b0C, el tama\u00f1o de las part\u00edculas influye enormemente en la formaci\u00f3n del vidrio y la eficiencia de la fusi\u00f3n. En la producci\u00f3n, se suelen preferir las part\u00edculas de cuarzo angulares, ya que su mayor superficie ayuda a prevenir la segregaci\u00f3n de los lotes. Cristal ultratransparente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\" style=\"font-size:15px\">El vidrio ultratransparente es un material de primera calidad conocido por su alt\u00edsima transmitancia de luz (\u226591,51 TP3T), su baj\u00edsimo contenido de hierro (normalmente entre 100 y 150 ppm) y su claridad cristalina. Tambi\u00e9n se le conoce como vidrio de bajo contenido en hierro o vidrio de alta transparencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\" style=\"font-size:15px\">La producci\u00f3n de vidrio ultratransparente requiere una combinaci\u00f3n precisa de materias primas, entre las que se incluyen arena de cuarzo, feldespato, dolomita, caliza, carbonato de sodio, hidr\u00f3xido de aluminio, torta de sal, piroantimoniato de sodio y tri\u00f3xido de antimonio. De estas, el SiO\u2082 constituye aproximadamente entre el 71,0 % y el 73,01 % de la mezcla, y las impurezas nocivas, en particular el hierro, se introducen casi por completo a trav\u00e9s de la arena de cuarzo. Por lo tanto, la purificaci\u00f3n de la arena de cuarzo se centra principalmente en la eliminaci\u00f3n de las impurezas de hierro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\" style=\"font-size:15px\">Cuando el contenido de hierro supera cierto umbral, no solo disminuye significativamente la transmisi\u00f3n de luz, sino que los \u00f3xidos de hierro tambi\u00e9n absorben la radiaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica durante el proceso de fusi\u00f3n. Esto crea un fuerte gradiente de temperatura entre las capas superior e inferior del vidrio fundido, lo que dificulta la convecci\u00f3n y complica enormemente la fusi\u00f3n y el refinado. Por esta raz\u00f3n, el contenido de hierro de la materia prima de s\u00edlice es el par\u00e1metro de dise\u00f1o m\u00e1s cr\u00edtico.
