Il pr\u00e9sente des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de r\u00e9sistance aux hautes temp\u00e9ratures et \u00e0 la corrosion, une stabilit\u00e9 thermique et des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s isolantes. Il est largement utilis\u00e9 dans les sources lumineuses \u00e9lectriques haut de gamme, les circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s \u00e0 grande et tr\u00e8s grande \u00e9chelle, le photovolta\u00efque, les fibres optiques, l&#039;a\u00e9rospatiale et l&#039;industrie militaire. Compte tenu de l&#039;importance strat\u00e9gique de ces secteurs pour le d\u00e9veloppement national \u00e0 long terme, le quartz de haute puret\u00e9 est class\u00e9 comme mat\u00e9riau de haute technologie et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d&#039;une protection stricte de la part des gouvernements du monde entier. D\u00e8s 2010, l&#039;Union europ\u00e9enne l&#039;a inscrit sur sa liste des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res critiques. M\u00fcller A. et al. (2007) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les premiers \u00e0 tenter de classer le quartz en fonction de sa teneur en \u00e9l\u00e9ments traces, sugg\u00e9rant qu&#039;un quartz de haute puret\u00e9 devrait r\u00e9pondre aux crit\u00e8res suivants (ppm)\u00a0: Al &lt; 30, B &lt; 1, Ca &lt; 5, Fe &lt; 3, K &lt; 8, Li &lt; 5, Na &lt; 8, Ti &lt; 10, P &lt; 2, avec une teneur totale en impuret\u00e9s inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 50\u00a0ppm. Zhang Ye et al. (2010) ont not\u00e9 que le sable de quartz de haute puret\u00e9 reconnu internationalement pr\u00e9sente une teneur totale en 15\u00a0impuret\u00e9s (Al, K, Na, Li, Ca, Fe, Mg, Mn, Ti, Zr, Cu, Cr, Ni, P, B) inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 22,26\u00a0ppm. Le \u00ab catalogue chinois de d\u00e9monstration de premi\u00e8re application pour les nouveaux mat\u00e9riaux cl\u00e9s (\u00e9dition 2018) \u00bb sp\u00e9cifie que le quartz de haute puret\u00e9 doit avoir une teneur totale de 12 impuret\u00e9s (Fe, Mg, Cr, Ni, Cu, Mn, Ca, Al, Na, Li, K, B) inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 6 ppm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les inclusions fluides, fr\u00e9quentes dans le quartz, sont une cause majeure de bulles dans les produits en quartz de haute puret\u00e9, ce qui alt\u00e8re consid\u00e9rablement leur qualit\u00e9. Par cons\u00e9quent, le quartz de haute puret\u00e9 doit \u00eatre exempt d&#039;inclusions fluides ou n&#039;en contenir que tr\u00e8s peu. Avec le d\u00e9veloppement rapide des industries de haute technologie, les ressources limit\u00e9es et en voie d&#039;\u00e9puisement du cristal naturel ne suffisent plus \u00e0 satisfaire la demande. Depuis les ann\u00e9es 1970, les \u00c9tats-Unis ont utilis\u00e9 de la pegmatite granitique, le Japon de la pegmatite \u00e0 grain fin, tandis que la Russie et l&#039;Allemagne ont eu recours au quartzite m\u00e9tamorphique et au quartz filonien. Diff\u00e9rents types de minerais de quartz pr\u00e9sentent des caract\u00e9ristiques min\u00e9ralogiques distinctes. Une analyse d\u00e9taill\u00e9e est essentielle pour d\u00e9terminer les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s du minerai, concevoir les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s d&#039;enrichissement\/purification et fixer les objectifs de production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Composition chimique et pr\u00e9sence d&#039;\u00e9l\u00e9ments impurs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#039;analyse chimique r\u00e9v\u00e8le la nature et la teneur en \u00e9l\u00e9ments, mais ne permet pas d&#039;\u00e9valuer avec pr\u00e9cision le potentiel de transformation en quartz de haute puret\u00e9. Composition min\u00e9rale et texture<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour s\u00e9lectionner la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e et concevoir une purification optimale, il convient d&#039;identifier <em>mode d&#039;occurrence<\/em> L&#039;\u00e9limination des impuret\u00e9s est essentielle. Les min\u00e9raux de gangue ind\u00e9pendants associ\u00e9s (par exemple, le mica, le feldspath, l&#039;h\u00e9matite, la tourmaline, la chlorite, les min\u00e9raux argileux) sont d&#039;importants vecteurs d&#039;impuret\u00e9s et forment facilement des inclusions min\u00e9rales lors de la min\u00e9ralisation, ce qui affecte consid\u00e9rablement la qualit\u00e9 du produit final. La texture d&#039;intercroissance entre le quartz et la gangue influe directement sur le degr\u00e9 de lib\u00e9ration et donc sur l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 de la purification. Une alt\u00e9ration diag\u00e9n\u00e9tique\/m\u00e9tamorphique plus marqu\u00e9e engendre des diff\u00e9rences d&#039;intercroissance plus nettes, passant d&#039;intercroissances adjacentes \u00e0 des intercroissances sutur\u00e9es, voire encapsul\u00e9es, ce qui accro\u00eet la difficult\u00e9 de lib\u00e9ration et r\u00e9duit le potentiel de traitement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Figure 1(a) : Pegmatite granitique de Spruce Pine, \u00c9tats-Unis - min\u00e9ralogie complexe mais le quartz se lib\u00e8re facilement, contient des inclusions minimales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Figure 1(b) : Quartz filonien du Qinghai, Chine - grains grossiers et purs avec une faible quantit\u00e9 de muscovite aux limites\/bordures des grains, se lib\u00e8re facilement, peut donner &gt;99,99% SiO\u2082, Al &lt;10 ppm apr\u00e8s traitement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Figure 1(c) : Concentr\u00e9 purifi\u00e9 montrant des inclusions min\u00e9rales persistantes \u2014 avec la technologie actuelle, les inclusions sont pi\u00e9g\u00e9es <em>dans<\/em> Il est difficile de s\u00e9parer efficacement les grains de quartz. Un quartz pr\u00e9sentant une faible lib\u00e9ration et de nombreuses inclusions est difficile \u00e0 transformer en quartz de haute puret\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3 Inclusions fluides<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9sentes partout dans les min\u00e9raux et les roches (10\u00b2\u201310\u2079 par cm\u00b3, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement &lt; 50 \u00b5m), leur type, leur taille et leur teneur influencent fortement la qualit\u00e9. Elles sont class\u00e9es selon leur composition\u00a0: gazeuses, liquides, gaz-liquides et triphas\u00e9es. Elles contiennent des impuret\u00e9s (Na, K, Ca, etc.) et affectent consid\u00e9rablement le comportement \u00e0 la fusion. Des \u00e9tudes montrent que l\u2019\u00e9limination des inclusions fluides est plus complexe que celle des impuret\u00e9s \u00e9l\u00e9mentaires et constitue un facteur limitant majeur. Il est donc crucial de s\u00e9lectionner un quartz exempt d\u2019inclusions fluides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4 Impuret\u00e9s du r\u00e9seau <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments se substituant au Si\u2074\u207a lors de la formation des cristaux deviennent des impuret\u00e9s structurales. Bien que pr\u00e9sents en faible quantit\u00e9, ils sont extr\u00eamement difficiles \u00e0 \u00e9liminer et constituent le facteur limitant le plus la qualit\u00e9. Modes de substitution\u00a0: 1) Substitution isovalente (Ti\u2074\u207a, Ge\u2074\u207a)\u00a0; 2) Substitution coupl\u00e9e (Al\u00b3\u207a + P\u2075\u207a pour 2Si\u2074\u207a)\u00a0; 3) Substitution compens\u00e9e en charge (Al\u00b3\u207a, Fe\u00b3\u207a pour Si\u2074\u207a, compens\u00e9s par Li\u207a, Na\u207a, K\u207a, H\u207a). L\u2019aluminium est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pr\u00e9sent en plus grande quantit\u00e9. Sa substitution cr\u00e9e un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre de charge, souvent corr\u00e9l\u00e9 \u00e0 des teneurs plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es en Li, K et Na. La teneur en aluminium peut indiquer la qualit\u00e9 de la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re. <strong>Avec la technologie actuelle, les impuret\u00e9s du r\u00e9seau cristallin sont pratiquement impossibles \u00e0 \u00e9liminer.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La figure 2 pr\u00e9sente la cartographie MEB-EDS d&#039;une particule de quartz filonien apr\u00e8s lixiviation sous pression et \u00e0 chaud. L&#039;aluminium est r\u00e9parti uniform\u00e9ment (figure 2b), \u00e9pousant la forme de la particule, ce qui indique la pr\u00e9sence d&#039;aluminium li\u00e9 au r\u00e9seau cristallin. La distribution du magn\u00e9sium est peu distincte (figure 2c). Seuls quelques gisements s&#039;y pr\u00eatent, et leur traitement est extr\u00eamement complexe. Des sch\u00e9mas de traitement combin\u00e9s sont souvent n\u00e9cessaires en fonction des caract\u00e9ristiques du minerai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s pr\u00e9traitement et s\u00e9paration physique, la teneur en SiO\u2082 peut atteindre ~99,9%, mais pas des sp\u00e9cifications de haute puret\u00e9, car ces m\u00e9thodes sont inefficaces contre les inclusions et les impuret\u00e9s du r\u00e9seau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
