Les particules inf\u00e9rieures au seuil de coupure traversent les lames de la roue et rejoignent le flux de produit fin\u00a0; les particules sup\u00e9rieures au seuil de coupure sont rejet\u00e9es vers l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur et retournent au broyeur \u00e0 boulets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La roue classificatrice de l&#039;ITC utilise une turbine horizontale \u00e0 grande vitesse dot\u00e9e d&#039;une entr\u00e9e d&#039;air secondaire. Ce flux d&#039;air secondaire est introduit \u00e0 la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie de la roue, ce qui am\u00e9liore l&#039;uniformit\u00e9 de la distribution de l&#039;air dans la zone de classification. La conception de l&#039;entr\u00e9e d&#039;air secondaire r\u00e9duit cette asym\u00e9trie, cr\u00e9ant ainsi une zone de transition plus \u00e9troite entre les fractions fines et grossi\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vitesse de la roue est contr\u00f4l\u00e9e par un variateur de fr\u00e9quence jusqu&#039;\u00e0 6\u00a0000 tr\/min. Le r\u00e9glage du D97 se fait par la modification d&#039;un seul param\u00e8tre, sans aucune modification m\u00e9canique.
