Verre d&#039;emballage et verre domestique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les produits en verre \u00e0 usage domestique et d&#039;emballage comprennent les bouteilles et les bocaux, la vaisselle, la verrerie de laboratoire et le verre pharmaceutique. Ils sont utilis\u00e9s dans les industries agroalimentaire, des boissons, des spiritueux et m\u00e9dicale. Le sable de quartz repr\u00e9sente une part importante de la composition des lots de verre dans ce segment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le sable de quartz ayant une temp\u00e9rature de fusion d&#039;environ 1730 \u00b0C, la granulom\u00e9trie des grains influe consid\u00e9rablement sur la formation du verre et l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 de la fusion. En production, on privil\u00e9gie g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les particules de quartz anguleuses, car leur grande surface sp\u00e9cifique limite la s\u00e9gr\u00e9gation des lots. Verre ultra-clair<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\" style=\"font-size:15px\">Le verre extra-clair est un mat\u00e9riau haut de gamme reconnu pour son extr\u00eame transmittance lumineuse (\u2265 91,51 TP3T), sa tr\u00e8s faible teneur en fer (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de 100 \u00e0 150 ppm) et sa clart\u00e9 cristalline. On l&#039;appelle \u00e9galement verre \u00e0 faible teneur en fer ou verre \u00e0 haute transparence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\" style=\"font-size:15px\">La production de verre extra-clair exige une combinaison rigoureuse de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, notamment du sable de quartz, du feldspath, de la dolomite, du calcaire, du carbonate de sodium, de l&#039;hydroxyde d&#039;aluminium, du sulfate de sodium, du pyroantimonate de sodium et du trioxyde d&#039;antimoine. Parmi ces composants, le SiO\u2082 repr\u00e9sente environ 71,0 \u00e0 73,01 % du volume total, et les impuret\u00e9s nocives, en particulier le fer, proviennent presque exclusivement du sable de quartz. Par cons\u00e9quent, la purification du sable de quartz vise principalement \u00e0 \u00e9liminer les impuret\u00e9s de fer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\" style=\"font-size:15px\">Lorsque la teneur en fer d\u00e9passe un certain seuil, non seulement la transmission de la lumi\u00e8re chute consid\u00e9rablement, mais les oxydes de fer absorbent \u00e9galement le rayonnement thermique pendant la fusion. Ceci cr\u00e9e un fort gradient de temp\u00e9rature entre les couches sup\u00e9rieure et inf\u00e9rieure du verre en fusion, ce qui rend la convection difficile et complique fortement la fusion et le raffinage. C&#039;est pourquoi la teneur en fer de la silice brute est le param\u00e8tre de conception le plus critique.
