Het is goed voor grootschalige productie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">AMOLED-substraatglas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Baihang onthulde een proces voor het maken van AMOLED-substraatglas uit kwartspoeder. De stappen zijn: (1) het ruwe kwartserts malen. (2) Pickle na magnetische scheiding, daarna drogen. (3) Waterafschrikking na calcineren. (4) Na drietraps magnetische scheiding opnieuw classificeren. Verzamel kwartszandpoeder met een maaswijdte van 160 ~ 220 mesh. Gebruik een centrifuge om het te drogen. Gebruik na het drogen een magnetische scheider om kwartspoeder te verkrijgen. Gebruik het voor AMOLED-glas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Actief geleidend poederbeton<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Han Baoguo et al. een geleidend actief poederbeton uitgevonden. De belangrijkste onderdelen zijn cement, vliegas, silicadamp, kwartszand en gehakte extra fijne roestvrijstalen microdraden. Ze gebruiken ook water en een waterreducerend middel. Bij deze methode wordt gebruik gemaakt van laaggedoseerde roestvrijstalen microvezels. Draad kan de soortelijke weerstand van reactief poederbeton aanzienlijk verminderen en het zelfgevoelig maken. Het productieproces is eenvoudig en de productiekosten zijn laag. Het kan ook het probleem van het gemakkelijk blootleggen van staalvezels in dunne plaatcomponenten oplossen. Het is vooral geschikt voor het smelten van sneeuw, het smelten van ijs en elektromagnetische afscherming.
