Al in de jaren 70 ontdekten mensen de elektrochemische reactie tussen<a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=lithium+(Li)&amp;oq=lithium+(Li)&amp;aqs=chrome..69i57.18997j0j15&amp;sourceid=chrome&amp;ie=UTF-8\"> lithium (Li)<\/a> en elementair silicium (Si). Terwijl het proces van het verwijderen van lithiumionen lijkt op het leeglopen van een ballon, en het volume terugkeert naar zijn oorspronkelijke grootte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Echter, als vast deeltje heeft silicium geen goede elastische vervorming zoals een ballon. Siliciumdeeltjes, met continue uitzetting en krimp, veroorzaken zeer waarschijnlijk ernstige scheuren en verpulvering van het anodemateriaal en de elektrodelaag. In deze situatie zal een nieuwe interface tussen het anodemateriaal en de elektrolyt worden gevormd, en dit zal resulteren in een negatieve impact op het elektrolytverbruik en de SEI-dikte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.<strong>Het probleem van elektrische geleidbaarheid <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>De elektronische geleidbaarheid van silicium met een hoge zuiverheid (&lt; 10<sup>-5<\/sup>&nbsp;S\/cm) en de diffusiesnelheid van lithiumionen in silicium (10<sup>\u221214<\/sup>\u201410<sup>\u221213<\/sup>&nbsp;cm<sup>2<\/sup>\/s) zijn veel lager dan die van grafiet. De elektronische geleidbaarheid zou de transmissie van elektronen in anodemateriaal be\u00efnvloeden, dus een goed geleidend netwerk is van het grootste belang. Bovendien zou de ionische geleidbaarheid het proces van inbedden en extraheren van lithiumionen be\u00efnvloeden en de transmissieafstand verkorten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dus, hoe lossen we dit probleem op? Het antwoord is om silicium en grafiet te combineren. <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Het toevoegen van grafiet aan siliciummateriaal kan de volumeverandering van de integrale composietelektrode bufferen. Op silicium gebaseerde negatieve elektrodematerialen, zoals koolstofgecoat siliciumoxide, nanosiliciumkoolstof, siliciumnanodraad en amorfe siliciumlegering, hebben nu een brede toepassing in de velden van krachtbatterijen, energieopslagbatterijen en consumentenbatterijen.
