Fysieke methoden omvatten: mechanische maalmethode, spuitmethode, vlamsfero\u00efdisatie, plasmamethode en hogetemperatuurcalcinatie-sfero\u00efdisatiemethode, enz. Mechanische slijpmethode<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Door gebruik te maken van professionele crushing-apparatuur en hulpzeefapparatuur kan bolvormig silicapoeder worden verkregen. Deze methode is geschikt voor het produceren van ultrafijn silicapoeder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.2. Spuitmethode<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Oplossen van siliciumbron (zoals <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Silicate\">silicaat<\/a>) in een geschikt oplosmiddel om een uniforme oplossing te vormen. Spuit de oplossing vervolgens uit door een sproeiapparaat en de druppels worden snel gepyrolyseerd onder hoge temperatuur. Uiteindelijk wordt silicapoeder verkregen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.3. Vlamsfero\u00efdisatie<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze methode vereist enige voorbewerking van breken, zeven en zuiveren op kwartszand met hoge zuiverheid. En stuur vervolgens kwartspoeder naar een veld met hoge temperatuur dat wordt gegenereerd door gas-zuurstof voor smelten bij hoge temperatuur.
